Donna Kelly
Donna began her career in hospitality in 2019, working for a major international hotel chain. Despite a genuine love for the industry, a passion for property remained unfulfilled — leading her to take a sales role with a local estate agent in 2021, gaining valuable insight into the property market. In 2023, Donna stepped into serviced accommodation, successfully building and leading housekeeping operations across over 60 properties in Derby — forming the backbone of Derbnb’s operational standards today. Donna’s commitment to high-quality service runs through everything Derbnb does, and she remains actively involved in ensuring every client and guest receives nothing less.
Will Davis
With a background in digital marketing and hands-on experience in property management, Will made the move into property full time in 2025. After sourcing properties for UK-based investors, he identified a gap in the market for a serviced accommodation management company that puts landlords first. After building his own portfolio, Will joined forces with Donna and Derbnb – combining their two portfolios and, more importantly, their complementary skills. Will brings a passion for systems, marketing, and business development, while Donna brings an eye for interior design, a commitment to high-quality service, and a natural ability in sales. Together, they make Derbnb what it is today.
